An empowering practice designed to support you both where you are and where you want to be. Each session focuses on body-based tools for healing. Specifically movement, meditation and breathwork, all with a compassionate-lens. You will receive: - An open and honest deep-dive questionnaire, let the unraveling begin... - One personalized 60-minute guided session held over Zoom - A recommended daily practice designed just for you that combines 2 or more: movement, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, journaling - Additional readings, resources and homework (optional) I hope you take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the fact that you are here.
