Yoga can be intimidating! With corporate experience and a bubbly personality, Mir is enthusiastic about sharing the wonderful mental, physical and emotional benefits of yoga with people of all levels, especially those with little to no experience.

A 'No Muss No Fuss' Approach

Designed for busy people, Mir's unique approach is to ask as little as possible from attendees. Come as you are, in what you are wearing. No mats required. Learn helpful stretches and breathing techniques that you can integrate into your workday, everyday.

Maximum Participation

Each 1-hour corporate yoga session includes one 40-minute session or two 20-minute sessions with additional efforts in place to generate interest in advance, maximize attendance, incentivize participation and speak to a variety of interests.
